EKE Group will build new offices and move into temporary premises
EKE Group is building new office premises and will temporarily move to the Piispanmäentie 5, Espoo, from 1 July 2019.
EKE Group's old office building at Piispanportti will be demolished and new offices and apartments will be built in its place. We aim to return to Piispanportti sometime in 2021, when the new office building is ready.
Office Centre at Piispanportti
The new Office Centre at Piispanportti will be modern and adaptable. Its location, close to Matinkylä metro station by the Länsiväylä motorway, guarantees outstanding transport connections and a wide range of services.
The first building for the complex will have a floor area of 4,800 square metres and provide office space for up to 420 persons. When completed in 2021, the new Office Centre will be an efficient, stylish, comfortable, modern and well-functioning facility with 12,000 square metres.

Housing cooperative As Oy Piispanportin Helmi
Apartments will be built in the same block. The 6-8 storey housing cooperative As Oy Piispanportin Helmi, with 43 spacious new private apartments, will be the first building in the quarter. Advance marketing will begin in the autumn 2019.
