Apartment blocks constructed according to our EKE Loft concept meet individuals’ changing needs. The apartments are higher than usual, with windows reaching to the floor. The apartments will be built as one single large space which can be divided into rooms or used as a single spacious loft space. The space can then be easily modified depending on your situation in life. The resident may choose the kitchen model, as only the toilet and bathroom facilities will be ready-made.
