The EKE Loft concept

Homes built according to our EKE Loft concept are designed to accommodate changing needs. The apartments have higher-than-standard ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows.

Each apartment is initially built as a large open space that can be divided into separate rooms or retained as a spacious loft. The layout can later be adapted as the resident’s circumstances change.

Residents can choose their preferred kitchen solution. Only the bathroom and toilet are completed in advance. EKE Loft offers residents flexibility in designing a new home that reflects their preferences.

We develop complete residential areas. Our compact, housing company-based developments are designed to foster a sense of security and make everyday life easier.

In our projects, residential development is accompanied by parks and recreational areas in accordance with the applicable local detailed plan. Their size, number and location vary from project to project.
